why does everything i do turn to crap in my hands?

it seems like everything i do causes pain in others lives… which in turn causes pain in mine. I dont understand…. ive hurt so many people by liking someone? it doesnt make sense to me… i just i dont understand… so maybe i should just stop falling for other people. if you dont know what to say just say somethin positive to me.. just tell me everythings gonna be ok… please..

p.s. i have random spurts of depression idk but it just happens so… im usually not like this thanks though..
