I need help I am a single parent with 2 kids, without

any child support my oldest son father owes about $20,000.00 and, my youngest son father is exempt from paying child support. He is working the system and lies about an illness that he doesn’t have.If you can help me in any way with info on how to get the money that i deserve for my children i would be really happy.

Go to your nearest child support enforcement office and They can start garnishing his wages and take his tax returns. Call the courthouse your divorce was finalized in or where ever your child support order is from. They will tell you the office you need to go to for child support enforcement. Hope this helps I had to do it with my ex husband for him to pay.

he won’t work because of child support. i can’t get food stamps or welfare because i make 14. dollars an hour, and i have a car payment of 280.00. so i can’t get any help from anyone. now the summer program 250.00 to keep them so i can work i don’t no what i’m gonna do please help.
