school help: So, I have bad anxiety issues because of being bullied in middle school. - Help.com

So, I have bad anxiety issues because of being bullied in middle school.

My mom pulled me out but now I have to go to the public high school (with all the other kids that bullied me) and go through 3-4 days of testing. I know they wont remember me, but I am still on the urge of having panic attacks when I think about it.
What do i do?

The good thing about High School is that you are more spread out, by that I mean when my kids got into High School they seldom saw people they were in the Middle School with, it all seems a bit more spread out student wise for some reason. If you do however experience it again, don’t waste time in reporting it, its something that needs attention sooner rather than later hon.

you have to stop thinking about it.
I had similar problems and it scarred me for life in a sense.
made me the antisocial nerd I am today.
I just ignore it nowadays because I know better now.
I know that i don’t have to care what they think

Things are always worse in our imagination so don’t give too much thought to it.This is why you are having anxiety. Allow yourself to have peace with it and Deal with it when /if it comes. Chances are good they will have better things to do with their time.On the site Daily Strength you can get on a support group for bullying if you need more help than you get here.You need to face things at the time they happen and use your words,expanding your vocabulary will help and at hodu.com or another ‘effective communication’ site you can learn how to be assertive.Lastly ,dont take it pesonally ,the bullies have the problem,not you {{HUGS}}
