Just a hypothetical question
Do you think it’s possible, that in a very red state, in a small town of 4,000 people, I mean really small, theres nothing around for 60 miles, that it might be difficult for a person whose not white to get a job? Especially when there are only maybe 3 non-white people who live in town? And when this person has applied everywhere that is hiring, and then they tell them after looking at them that they’re not hiring. And this person dresses nice, has a lot of experience and flawless references? Is it in anyway tiny way that race could actually be a factor?
