You can’t stop them arguing, there gonna do what they wanna do regardless of how you feel..thats angry people for you, they dont see it how you do. But at the same time they cant control what you do, its you that ‘procrastinates - cant work & watches tv instead’. Im not sayin that it isnt a challenge for you and its easy, but keep yourself busy tryna get a job, do somethin else that makes you feel good, and you wont hear them so much. You wont be there half the time if your working, and it wont matter so much cause you’ll have more important, nicer things to think about. If you think its them thats stoppin you from livin a more productive life, your wrong..and untill you realise that your gonna carry on as you are, feelin the same as you do now. They mite like arguin, its you that doesnt like it. You dont like it, you change it. :)

Two words: MOVE OUT.

Quickest route: joining the military. They are “hiring” right now. Not for everybody, but if you’re up to a challenge and you’re sick and tired of sitting at home, just watching television, and being treated to 24/7 “parental combat,” it could be just the ticket for you.

P.S. If you’re sitting at home, not working and not going to school . . . you’re wasting your life. Especially if you’re 19. It’s time you started “giving back” to society.

See if you can get some kind of “white noise” machine to drown out the idiotic dialogue on the TV . . . and to just put you in the mood to sleep! You can get clock radios with different nature sounds, such as surf, wind, thunderstorms, rain, flowing water, etc. And, since it’s summer, you could add an electric fan. All of these things help tremendously!

Well you can work if you can surf the internet
So try to find a job that you can use your skill set in,
If your disabled there are thousands of opportunities and government assistance.
In other words start acting like the adult you are.
