i really need help with this ASAP!

!! i keep gettin depressed when i think about my ex being with someone else. i need something to do to not keep it in my head. i really need help right now, so i can not worry about it and do my homework!!! please give me some ideas of what to do.

no, i havent done anything about it. my parents dont even know. some people do know tho. ive tlkd to people on here about it all the time.

theres only one thing that i do that helps me not have social anxiety but i shouldnt do it.

i figure, ive put up with it for so long, i can deal with it until or if it ever goes away.

cuz of her dad. im 18 and shes 15. its only 3 years difference, but yes, i know its technically illegal. we did start goin out tho when i was 17

find a way of letting go. find a baloon and when yourr alone one day talk to it and tell it all of your feelings. then when it feels right, bring the ballooon to somewhere quiet and let it go into the sky.
