Depression..

I’m 15 years old and I’ve been feeling depressed for about a year now.
Whenever I think of why I feel depressed, I can’t ever find an answer.
It’s always different.. I just don’t know the feeling of happy or “normal” anymore.

Hey! I know how you feel. I’m the same way. The most thing that helped me was writing poetry. I also take some meds for it. Have you talked about it to any of your family members?

Your have several good advise from the other users. In order to find a solution, you need to find out what the problem is that is causing your depression. Poetry is great bcuz you will express your feelings and it may help you find out what is causing your depression.

Another thing, what are you hobbies? You may consider looking for new hobbies. This will help you get your mind off what ever is causing your depression and help bring back the feeling of being happy or living a normal life like you say.
