Sure install an exchange server, and then you can use the OWA feature, which is Outlook web access. If you install an exchange Server, it has something called a pop connector so that you could pop all of your accounts into your main exchange box. Being a home user, you probably wouldnt be able to get a static DNS, so you would need to use a free DDNS service, that basically lets you pick a free domain name, and then the service monitors your IP for changes.
