Where to travel without spendind a lot of money?

? okay so i have a week and a half vacation in february, and i have never traveled before. i dont want to spend more than $3500 including the fliying tickets??

Dominican republic. Great place can go for 7 days/7 nights for around 1400-2000 for a 5 star resort all inclusive. there are also 10 day packages..http://www.selloffvacations.com/

im in europe its awsome and you can find great flight deals online, plus you can go to more than one country here for super cheap prices the transit system is awesome and flights are super cheap around europe so paris,italy,england,germany and so on all here beautiful place to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
