Is there a disease that makes me so tired.

I’m not lazy. All of my blood work is ok , like my iron , sugar and my thyroid. I’m usually the type of person that like to please my family but I’v struggled with this all life. For example some people wake up as soon as the alarm goes off and they have energy and ready to tackle the day. I wish i could be like that so I’m wondering is the something wrong with my body? Could I have something medicaly wrong with me? HELP

Hi there, I had the same problem and the only thing that helped was braking my meals into smaller more frequant meals. In stead of eating 3 main meals a day and 2 snacks for instance, rather have up to 8 small meals and 2 snacks a day - it takes about a week for your body to get used to it - and you will feel full all the time but dont skip a meal. Funny but you will also notice weigh loss. PS: Cut all kinds of sugar and dont drink milk - rather use cream, not sweetend cream and not more than 2 table spoons.

Hope the advise helps

quick story, how much money, time, and call offs to work, for doctors visits, and “specialists apointments” for the doctor to finaly tell u

” sir i cant find anything wrong with you except your cholesteral is just a tiny bit high, so i dont know why you are always so exhausted. But i want you to get a girlfriend, and a membership at a gym.”

i was so angry,i haven’t been to the doctors since.
3 years or better now.

for me i ended up finding out my problem is fighting depresion.
i would also like to tell you about something i prefer call “esiak tea.” research it. i think u will be impressed. but b very carefull with it.

Depression.
Not everyone experiences it the same but one of the most common symptoms is lack of energy and chronic fatigue.

I’ve suffered from chronic tiredness for the past twenty-two years now. At first I thought it might be anaemia, but was told by the doc that I was ‘no more anaemic than most women’ - whatever that meant! I wondered if it was M.E, only to be told (by another doc) that ‘there’s no such thing as M.E’. Hum! I have other symptoms, like chronic pain and weakness in my muscles, but got nowhere with GP’s, whose attitude was ‘if it was anything serious you’d be dead by now’, or words to that effect. After a couple of years of this, I gave up on doctors and tried various things to help myself- diet, vitamins, etc, but just have the feeling that I don’t know what I’m dealing with so how can I know what to do? I haven’t had a single ‘normal’ day in all this time. My energy just deserted me never to return. I know that these kind of symptoms are hard for GP’s to fathom, but I never did get more than the odd two minute consultation, and snippy and irritable comments like ‘oh its just anxiety’. Okay, so it’s not going to kill me, but it has absolutley ruined my life. I’m not able to work, have holidays, have a social life etc, and when my parents were getting on and needed looking after, I was about as much use to them as a chocolate teapot. No-one understands that I’m in contant pain and constantly exhausted (I don’t LOOK ill, after all), and get the impression that most people think I’m just lazy and anti-social. What I’d love to find on one of these sites, is someone who has had the same symptoms and found a solution. Someone who knows exactly what we’re talking about because they’ve been there - and come out the other side.
