I suddenly became allergic to virtually all food.
My Diet for the past 3 years now has been meat, milk, sugar, and mushrooms I can’t imagine what suddenly made my body think food is bad but when I eat anything elts I have an alergic reaction, my face, lips and eyes swell up and turn red. I don’t undertand …anyone have any experience with adult onset food allergies? If I could just figure out hat caused this I would have a easiertime accepting my new diet change. It is so hard everyday to just eat these 3 things meat muhrooms and milk, meat mushrooms and milk, meat mushrooms an milk. There isn’t anything I can make out of that for breakfast =( Then it gets worse. I have an allergic reaction to non-organis food. So I have to drink organic milk, organic cheese, organic steak, organic mushrooms, organic chicken organic everything. I am so hungry all the time then to top it off my family thinks I have an eating disorder and choose to not eat other food. I guess it’s hard for them to believe what they can not see. it is painful to exprience an allergic reaction, you cant function, think or drive so I want to eat something I am allergic to in front of them so they can see my face swell up just to have their support and understanding but it takes so long to recover from it I wouldnt be able to drive home after having the reaction and they shouldn’t want me to go through pain just to proove it to them. Allergy tests cost a lot of money. If I had the test results to prove it to them that would help. But I am poor right now and just dont eat what makes me have an allergic reaction. So blah blah blah I could go on forever about the whole ordeal I have been dealing with for the past 3 years. Any comments?
