I have a Bad/Severe Acne Problem ?

How can I get rid of acne ?
I’ve had acne since grade 6 and now I’m in grade 8. Most people in school have perfect skin.
I’ve tried Clean and Clear and ProActiv but ProActiv works for me sometimes
I think it’s pretty embarrassing have lots of acne and pimples on your face around people who have PERFECT looking skin

Drink a ton of water. Your skin on your face is saturated with toxins. Our skin removes toxins from our body. so you need to dilute the toxins with water. Lymph massage is a good option too. Lymph massage increases the circuation of the water in your face. A 20 minute session should cost like $30 get it once a week. other than those temporary fixes, you can get a NAET treatment which will cure your acne for ever. and you will not pass the gene down to your children. I have had a reatment myself and cant tell you how it saved my life. it is a revoltionary new holistic treatment not a lot of people know about right now. I bought books about it befoe I got a treatments. Just find a naet practitioner in your area call him or her up and ask how naet will cure your acne.

There are topical applications that a dermatologist can prescribe for you. The good news is that kids don’t have to suffer from acne as they once did. There are some adolescents who experience very severe cases, e.g., cystic acne. Ask your parents to take you to a dermatologist . . . NOTE: a general practioner, or family doctor, will usually be “lost” as what to do. The family doctor’s job is to get you a referral for a dermatologist.

The stuff you buy in the stores for acne is pretty much worthless, and always has been. Don’t waste your money on it.

Do a colon cleanse, stop eating iodized salt, and eat lots of raw fruits and vegs…iodine in people prone to acne will cause breakouts…
