I ordered something online and never received it, but I was charged.

I heve been trying to cancel the membership and they give me the runnaround what can I do. Please help

if you charged it to a credit card, which you obviously did since it was an online order, i would probably contact the credit card company. it could be miscommunication between the two, then CALL the company of which you ordered the membership or item or whatever…if u dont CALL then nothing will ever get done.
