i have a lot of belly fat

but i weigh 110 pounds….how do i get rid of this quick!!

i have to eat whatever my family makes everyday or they get very upset!!

people on this webstie are fu^&ing suicidal about things like depression, or the inability to support thier family. Your talking about “belly fat”. Wow, go to yahoo answers or something, but don’t take up the time of people who can help people who really need it.

Oh stop with the negative vibes dude. ;)

Sit-ups are quite good for getting rid of the lumpy bits in the stomach area, just dont try and do too much early on cuz then it will hurt!

What makes this any less important?

If you’re 110 pounds you’re already underweight. Sit ups and some ab toning excersises should tone it up a little, but you have to keep at it. Don’t just do it for a week and then decide it’s not working.

Sit ups may or may not work for you, but try them first…. and you’re 110 pounds? Wow, take it easy on the exercise front, otherwise you’ll get health problems.

walking burns fat faster than running,
running is a high impact exercise which uses our primary energy source (the energy we get from food) as it is more easily accessible to the body when it is needed quickly.

Walking is a low impact exercise and because we do not need to rapidly burn energy we instead use up our fat reserves (our secondary energy source). so if you want to loose weight then low impact exercises especially walking are best.

doing stomach crunches only tones your stomach muscles, you can not target specific areas of fat and work specifically on them. Hope this info is helpful. :)
