I’m a mess…

I can’t fight the urges anymore to cut myself. I’ve did it this morning even though I tried to convince myself I don’t need to do it. Why is it that everything is so much better when I do?! That I feel a much needed relief after Im done? This absolutley sucks and I don’t know what to do about it!

get professional help! does anyone know about this? cause if no one does, it’s easiest to tell your friends first, and then try as hard das you can to tell your family. but you need professional help, and the best person to help you with that is your family!

My family woldn’t even know where to start. This isn’t something that they would be good at. They’d probably want to send me away somewhere. I couldn’t handle that, ya know?

Well I can’t begin to give you any kind of advice without understanding you a little first. Most people who cut themselves do it as a form of release. Do you think you feel that way? If thats the case what is it do you think your trying to let go of?
How often do you feel as though you need to cut in order to release some of the stress? If that’s what you do it for. I don’t know.
When did it all start?

Yeah, it is something that I do to release anything. THe emotions that I can’t show anyone that cloud up my mind on a daily basis. It just hurts so much and when I cut myself it’s a different type of hurt one that leaves me staisfyed instead of aching with pain inside.
It depends on how often I do it today’s a bad day soooo quite a few time…I’m not proud of it! I wish it would stop but I don’t know how. thats why I’m a mess
I started probably about a year ago but it’s gotten way worse the past few months

Tell me some of the emotions that cloud you. Here no one is going to judge you for them. Some may even help you. Talk about some of them here. Which are the ones that make you want to hurt yourself the most.

Why do you feel as though you have to hide these things from people you love. Not the fact that you cut yourself, but the things that cloud your mind. The things that leave you restless.

I don’t know its like I feel upset all the time. I can’t get over it. Everything I do is wrong or somehow makes people upset. I feel like I’m not worth anything. I think about death alot and sometimes want to do it but I know I won’t I”m to afraid to actually go through with it. Thats the main thing that is in my mind right now.
I don’t want to tell them because I know I”d hurt them. I don’t want to hurt anyone. I hurt enough as it is. I’d rather be the one in pain then to know that I”m the one to cause someone else to be in hurt. Its complicated.

would you like to chat?? I’ll give the best advice I can and I’m a god listener. You seem as though you really need to just talk, to someone.

Know, before anything you matter. You are worth something. Those people who you don’t believe won’t lsten. Care about you. You don’t want to hurt or be in the way of anyone because of the way you feel. Think about how devistated they will be if anything truley serious were to happen to you. A lot of what your feeling can go along with depression, axiety, lack of communication, stress. Whatever it is that gets to you. Finding a way to fix it should be your number one priority and if you allow it there are people who will make it there number one priority to help you come out of this on top. You just have to let them.

but you’re looking for help, and you could tell your parents that all you need is some real help. at least tell someone that would be able to get you some help.
