Ive started To Work out,

i need tips on doing so, ive been weight lifting (dunbells), sit ups, and im starting push ups, i need some help on maybe, how to do this propperly. thanks

there are sum good sites that you can find that help with routine & what foods too eat,what curls work what muscles etc i honestly would try 1 of them but i may b wrong! best of luck

there’s a ton of workout routines online check out “workout” forums like the one above which is good. Since you seem to be doing a home workout, you might want to look into getting a pull-up/chin-up bar and maybe you could include chair dips into your routine. If you can’t do a pull-up you could use a chair to aid you. There is a good pull-up/chin-up bar at beachbody dot com, I think you don’t even have to attach it to the wall with screws like most traditional pull-up/chin-up bars. Also you might want to add a day for cardio. What are your goals?????
