Ow ow ow ow please help.
Okay, so I’m sitting down…doing all good. and stuff. Then I stand up to go into my room, and my leg like twist? Or idk what happened, but something happened and my entire leg like it hurts sooooooo bad. I wanna say it’s broken but I know its not. It hurts to walk on and everything, So I got some crutches out the hall closet. I called my mom and she told me to stay still until she gets home.
Does anyone know what could’ve happened? Like seriously? It hurts soooo bad.

Idk, it’s not my foot. It’s my leg. When I stood up, my whole leg tightened and it started hurting.
Similar things happen to me, but it goes away the next morning. Keeping your leg in a certain position for extended periods of time can cause pain when you move.
I wasn’t sitting that long. I came home from school (walked) sat on the couch for about 30 seconds. Then I stood up and my leg tightened.
You pulled a muscle in your leg, probably. Put some ice on it, you know, that whole alternatating hot and cold thing.
I once injured an ankle just walking to a water fountain. If you twisted it, keep it elevated higher than your heart and put an ice pack on it to reduce the swelling.
Okay, I’ll do that ice thing.
Well I’m not sure if its swollen. It just hurts like really bad. Nothing happened at school to cause this. I didnt fall trip anything. So maybe I pulled a muscle, Idk. I’ll see.

Guess not…
I would… I just wasn’t around when you posted that lol. Tell it :).
Alright, then, gather around children. The other day my mother accidently cuts herself and I hear her banging around in the bathroom, she curses and I go, “The band-aids are in the medicine cabinet on the top shelf.” Amused me. :)
