I think im a work addict.
but im only 14!
i did intense gymnastics training since i was 5, and im talking 4 to 5 hour practices, NINE HOURS A DAY IN THE SUMMER. no free time at all…i quit when i was 11.
two weeks after that i started intense dancing. 4 hour practices.
i just recently quit that, due to all my homework stuff
when i dont have homework and can just relax, my body doesnt like it!
i get nausea, cold sweat, my head somewhat hurts, i keep taking in deep breaths and yawning…making me dizzy and very lightheaded, and its like everything around me is zoned out.
but when i do work…it goes away. how can i change this?! im only 14 and im suffering from something i dunno of! I cant be work addict!
