computer help: I have JUSTer speakers SP-660 for my PC. - Help.com

I have JUSTer speakers SP-660 for my PC.

I need a disc or driver or something to download to make them work. Any ideas? A man F-disced my computer and now the speakers don’t work. Any ideas?
