Is there anyway to predict the length of probation?

More specifically probation as a sentance given by a judge, for a drug possesion type felony, obviously the descion is in the judge’s hands but are there set norms for state / felony, that type of thing that anyone could shed some light on?

this sounds like my friend kevin’s case.
a lot of it depends how you react in court if you act like you don’t care it’ll be longer.

It depends if you have other incidents that can be held against you.
I had a charge of grand theft auto and was given 50 hours of service, whereas my friend was only given 30 hours.

It depends on how you present yourself, how you act, and how the judge is feeling that day.
It’s a joke, really.
