What grade are u in and what do you mean by “how do I do fractions?” Do u mean as in: multiplying fractions, dividing fractions, or just knowing what fractions are? Or do u mean writing fractions? Help me out here bud!

It depends what you want to do with the fractions.If it is just turning them into whole numbers multiply both top and bottom number by 100 and then divide the lower number with the higher number. For instance 1/2 x100=100/200 then divide equals 50 then 1/2 — 50 percent.
