Maybe by letting go of thoughts that stand in the way of being open to others. Like thoughts that are judgmental, prejudicial,, self-absorbed, insecure, etc. Being open requires being present and secure in your self, yet not so confident that you think your way is the only way. It’s hard to do; I’m still working on it.
