I’ve sprained my wrist and i love sports.

How long will it take for it to heal because atm i can hardly move it but i want to know how long im looking at??

can anyone help??

Well it depends how bad the sprain is, but don’t use it and definitely don’t do sports until it is fully healed, because that will make it worse.

I don’t know how bad the sprain is, but it could be anywhere between 6 and 10 weeks. It takes a long time because overstretched ligaments don’t have very good blood supply. Talk to your doctor.

I’m not going to say definitely because I obviously can’t see your wrist.
But if it hurts to move it right now, then no, not in a week.

Well, the doctor should have given you some time estimate. If you haven’t been to a doctor yet, go see one ..because if you start playing sports again before it’s completely healted, it’s going to hurt you in the long run.

Depending on the severity, they usually take between 4-8 weeks to heal completelty.

i have been to see a doctor. was in casulty. but they didn’t give me a time estimate
