so i love this website !

i didn t even know about help.com until i googled help! so i am new here and barely understanding how this website works but i love it :] and ugh finals coming up very stressful !!!!

What you should know… unverified users are often trolls, so take anything they say very lightly, the opposite of > disappears, so you can’t use html, but you can embed youtube video like [YouTube:url] that, HelpBot rules, and don’t break the TOS. Bear all that in mind and you’ll be okay. :)
