Also, my boyfriend is quite lazy and rarely wants to go out with me. What can I do to encourage him to come out with me.. ?

Also, where do you live? (That could give me a better idea of what you could do), I live in a small town, not much to do around here.

You could go bowling, out to the movies, out to dinner, mini-golfing, out for a picnic, etc.

I like going and just spending time at the park together, walking around and feeding the ducks ..but it’s a little cold for that right now.

Amusement parks, bowling, mini-golf, walks around the park, go to animal parks or shelters and visit the animals, concerts (that’ll get him out), museums, zoos, swimming, boating, tennis…
what kinds of things does he like to do? If you show interest in something he enjoys, even if you don’t, it’s a good way for him to see the effort you’re putting in to him.

It’s more about who your with than what you do. Tell him you like going out and would like to do something more often. maybe go-kart racing? bowling and golfing were already said, and good ideas.
