Will My laptop Run vista as well as Xp after upgrade?
My laptop currently has a 1.73ghz celeron cpu and 1gb RAM. It run xp very nicely, and does most tasks as fast as I would want them to be, apart from cpu heavy stuff like video encoding.
Anyway, my laptop origionally had vista on it, and I still have the recovery partition.
I have just ordered a T7300 dual core cpu (2ghz, 4mb L2) and 2Gb of RAM, and I want to know, if I go back to vista when I have upgraded the laptop (I don’t need any help with this), will it be basically as fast as xp is for me now, with basically twice the cpu and ram?
