Two years ago (about) I signed up for Qwest DSL.

The tech help was someone with “limited English”. At the time I could not understand him when he gave me my qwest.net logon ID and password. At that time I din’t care since I was using Yahoo and it worked fine for what I needed from e-mail. The speed was all I wanted. Things have changed. I now need that qwest.net ID and password so I can use it with Microsoft Outlook. I’ve been through the FAQ’s and know how to set up Outlook, but without that ID and PW, I am dead. How do I recover this info?
