Time for some new tunes…

I’m in need of some new music and bands. I’ve been listening to Radiohead too much lately, and I’m worried that I might start to get sick of them. That’s why I need new artists! I listen to rock, alternative, and some metal. Plz tell me of any bands that are worth checking out. Thanks =]

try The Black Keys, they’re really good, also, Band of Horses. im into a lot of classic rock, Led Zepplin, Def Leppard, Whitesnake… Lifehouse, Saving Abel, Sublime, Nirvana. and may i add, one of my absolute favorites, Jack Johnson. he’s not rock, but really great.

Wow i don’t fit in with alot of this music :P
I find a lot of people dont give rap a chance but if oyu listen, some of the better ones have by far the best lyrics of any genre and alot more of them
Nas
Jake One
T.I
Immortal Technique
Jedi Mind Tricks
Termanology
AZ
Snowgoons
Army of the Pharaohs
Canibus
.. I could go on forever

And you can always find new underground artists. If youre into lyrics, poetry or even just catchy-*** choruses :P
Give it a chance its not all ” ******* and hoes get ma money”

I second The White Stripes! They’re amazing.

Hmm… Beck, The Killers, Regina Spektor, Sondre Lerche, The May Fire, Ally Kerr, and some of U2’s very early stuff, like Boy and War are very good.

I don’t put the list of all my music on other people’s posts, it’s just rude.

I hate rap too but a band that you can’t really put a genre-label on is Hollywood Undead. Most definitely worth checking out, they are so addicting I can listen to them 24/7 and never get sick of even a single song.
