The United States and the Korean War :)

I’ve done a bit of research on the United States’s involvement in the Korean War. However, I’m trying to decide what to as an analysis for a paper. What aspect of the Korean War that the United States was involved in would be interesting to analyze or provide enough historical evidence for a rather lengthy paper?

Here’s one for you: we were totally unprepared. Google “Task Force Smith” and learn how that we had grown complacent after WWII and we didn’t provide the force we sent into Korea with what they needed to win.

Moral: Just because you won the last war doesn’t mean you won’t get your *** kicked in the next one. You cannot sit on your laurels . . . you have to keep up your training, tactics and equipment!
