Hair advice?

Growing it ?

Well for a while now ive been trying to grow my hair back [ after a bad cut ] and it was going well at first. I grew it down to my middle back i think. But then i switched shampoo to pantene pro-v the full & thick one. This was awful it dried out my hair so much that it started to break. I was so upset i lost about 3 inches of growth [ seriously]

Eversince then i changed shampoo to one designed for dried out hair and to be honest its working well. But now im really unhappy with the style . Its too short and layered to do much with but put it up in a ponytail or flat iron. And since i have really natural curly hair i have to flat iron if i leave it down or else i look like a poodle lol.

Anyone have any tips on how to grow hair?
Any products that you know have worked well?

Please help i cant stand it anymore :(

oh and yeah i cant put it into a ponytail because i have the back of my neck pierced that at school im not supposed to have it and i have to hide it from my teachers lol but please dont bring that up … thanks x

There are some kind of horse hair tablets that you can take, I don’t know much about them but they are meant to help with hair growth, try googling hair growth, other than that just wait and pantene Pro V has some stuff in it that is not good for your hair andy hair product with pro vitamin B+ init is bad for your hair so invest in some good products and if you are using irons always always use a good heat protector

Well, obviously the iron is not good for growing out hair. Hair / skin health is mostly determined by genetics, unfortunately, and not so much diet, but you can get your water checked for hardness / softness and consuming more fruits and vegetables can help in the long run. Avoid vitamin and mineral supplements.
