I’m looking for a full body stretch routine that hits virtually every muscle in the body.
all the leg muscles, ankles, mid stuff, groin, arms, shoulders, abs, neck, wrists, hands, etc.
does anyone know of a routine out there I could follow, perhaps a link to the webpage
