I’m sorry, but it’s highly unlikely you’ll get financial help here.

May I suggest you contact Legal Aid and tell them the situation. If they are truly interested in justice, your ex would be thrown in jail and his assets should be sold to pay you.
As for an order to garnishee his wages.

Don’t worry about your icon. Many people have the same thing. That island must have a huge population! ;-)

Contact the courts. You should get justice. Go to this site for more info.

thanks Cailean, I have already done the court thing it cost me 56,000 in legal fees. I can not afford another lawyer , i cannot get legal aid because I own a house. I have no asset left in my home anymore due to paying off my legal fees, I am hoping someone knows another way besides the court . I am so fed up…Its not fair ..My case is with the FRO, they take away his licence , then he goes on welfare and he gets it back ,you know he needs a licence to look for work…Its all a big scam..

Can you not withhold custody from him? I mean, no visitations, nothing?

Let him try to fight that. I would think you’d have a good reason to keep him away from the kids. Does he pay anything at all?

I know how hard things must seem and how impossible the future must appear. Forget about getting him to pay its a waste of your valuable time and energy not to mention it will depress you. You CAN find a toway to make a fresh start.

Is there any way that you can report his mother’s company for paying under the table? I am pretty sure she could get into alot of trouble over that. I’m not sure where that can get you… does his mother know how hard he is making life for you and the kids? Does she realise she is supporting his selfish behavior? Or does she just not care? If that is the case I am sorry for all of the bull you have to deal with and wish I had good advice for you …
