I am 21 years old and I have one year of college.

I am tired of working ****** jobs like waitressing, housekeeping or delivery driving for pizza places. I am pretty smart and I want to be a comic book artist, but that takes time and money i dont have when i need to pay bills. Does anyone know what kind of job I could get that would pay me over 10 dollars an hour and either require no experience or provide experience. OR! I would even be willing to get certification/schooling but maximum 6 months. I’d like to get a job that I can not be ashamed of, and possibly move up, make good money… w/e. I want a job that will get me enough money to suffice right now even if I move up later on to something better… or something i can move up in… Does this make sense? HELP!

No joke but those people that hand out samples at Costco get paid around 12 dollars per hour which is all most two time higher then Montana’s minimum wage. Just something to check out

You’ve definitely got artistic talent. I hope you will stay in school and get a degree, and that will help you get your career launched. Why don’t you apply to the art department as a teaching assistant?

By the way, that fire wasn’t your fault. It WOULD have happened sooner or later. Just flipping a switch isn’t supposed to make a building catch on fire. The congregation of your father’s church wasn’t worth two cents, either.

You might also want to submit some samples to the comics publishers. You never know what could happen!

if u’ve done bit of illustrations then I think u gotta give that to some professionals. I think they will help. and about jobs, ycan’t u volunteer in some schools for arts classes and finally grt the job. anyway good luck.
