I need help with rent.

I am a working mother of an 8 year old and 13 year old who just separated from my abusive husband. I have used all my income to get into a new place and am very behind because my ex husband did not provide. It’s almost Christmas and I am ready to lose my mind. I work hard and do not qualify for assistance. Rent is $900.00. Is there anyone who can help me. I don’t want to be homeless, I have kids and am truly independant but am in need of help this once.

Talk to your landlord. I used to rent myself and if I got inot difficulty I would always get some help there but you need to communicate with your landlord they’ll understand and help.
