I need help with my mortgage.

I would like it to be pay off. I’m a single parent with three kids. It is hard for me right now. My house note gone up to were I can’t afford my mortgage. I’m trying to keep lights on for the kids and struggle to keep food on the table. Everything has gone up so high and I my credit has drop big time cause I can’t afford to pay my credit card bills and my personal loan that I have recieve. I’m scare because the people is calling and threating me to pay bills or else they’ll come on my job or they will bring me to court to recieve their money. I feel like my back is against the wall and sometimes I feel like I can’t breath. Please if someone is listening and who understand and who can help me or guide me to assistance email me. Thank you

It sounds like you are going to have to look for outside help. The first step is to consolidate all of your debts. Look for a debt relief company to help you do this. Make sure it is a non-profit company because they actually want to help you and they wont charge you exorbitant interest rates. Clip coupons, unplug appliances when you aren’t using them, and wear sweaters instead of turning up the heat.

The tips above are really good!! Follow them and you’ll be getting somewhere. If you have friends and family, go to them. You don’t need to ask for money help but just support.

I could get cash out of your mortgage property by selling the note backed by real estate. Then you would loose the property but pay the mortgage company or have cash out of the sell of your mortgage note.
