I’m Lonely and want to meet young people.

How do i go about finding other young people in my area? I’m 22 and have been single for a couple of years I’m also looking for some close friends that i can just unload to when i feel like it but i have had trouble finding them.

I know that there is nothing wrong with me, I’m not socially disfunctional, I have been described as handsome and I love to make people laugh, Its just that I have trouble finding people to hang out with.

for me, sports was the be all and end all to my social woes. 90 percent of my friends right now are guys i play sports with, or moreso, used to play with. Seriously, i am not the first person to introduce myself to new people in school or work, but on sports teams, i dont know, your just in the dressing room bullsh*ting with the boys. to prove my point even more, recently, since i quit my old team, i just joined a new team for the winter last year, and have made 2 really close friends, 2 people i never would have known existed. im in a rush and my finger hurts to type with, but i hope that helps you man
