I am a single mother of two boys.

I work, TRY to pay my bills and TRY to be there for my kids as much as possible, but right now I am in a bad situation. Although I have paid my rent each and every month, my landlord did not pay the mortgage company, now the bank is foreclosing on the house that we live in. I have until December 20th to move. I have no where to go and with the cost of moving, I have NO money for the boys for Christmas. I am asking for either financial help or gifts for my boys. I would never do this, I am usually the one that tries to help, this year, I just can’t. I am stuck. I cry myself to sleep every night because I have to uproot my children. I don’t know where we are going to live or what we are going to do, but somehow I have to believe that something, anything will work out. i’m currently an in debt college student who has absolutely no room to complain, but i can tell you i feel for you. someday, if i make enough to support me and my family i promise to help out someone in the same situation. i hope everything works out for you, and i hope u don’t get mad cause i couldn’t send money.

I wish I owned my own home there would is so much help out there now, but none for renters. I saw yesterday thay Fannie-May and Fema are helping out renters in distress becouse the landlord is in foreclosure. They have set aside billions to help people like you.

Stay focused and make sure that your kids are ok. Try to speak to your local authorities, they may help. a href=”http://www.e1buytoletmortgages.co.uk”>Mortgage /a> lenders are often helpful as well as you are a sitting tenant and they need to get you out.
