How do you view people that have tattoos?
Not crazy all over the place tattoos, but just a few. (a quote on the ribs, 1 on the foot, 1 very small on the back of the neck, and 1 on the inside of the fore arm)

Where were you?

i have two tattoos and i think it is a decision of the person who is getting it.
I think it can add to thier personality, and makes them seem a little more grown up. But it depends. A blotchy and faded colorful mess, or a teardrop under your eye are a couple exceptions.
It really depends. People get tattoos for a lot of different reasons, and to me a lot of what I think depends on what seems to be their intent. An intensely personal symbol is different than a weird tattoo that showed up while drunk one night. I don’t have any tattoos myself.
I love my tattoo. It really gives me a deeper sense of identity; something permanent about myself that will always be there.
I view them as people lol.
You want to put ink in your skin? Why should I care? Or why should you care what I think?
The only time you need to care is if it will affect(effect?) you getting a job.
Some tattoos are beautiful. But many I think are silly and ugly. The problem with tattoos is that one of the fundamental things about them - their permanence - is at odds with the feelings that go into selecting one and having it done.
Say you are 20 or so. For the past 3 years you’ve really been interested in a certain style of music. So you go out and get a tat that reflects that interest. Five years later that kind of music has largely gone by the wayside, and your interest in it has been ebbing as well. In 20 years that kind of music is considered hopelessly dusty and silly, the things it is about apply only to the lives of very young people, and you are now 45 years old, you don’t give a **** about that kind of music or the concerns you had when you were young, and you certainly don’t derive your identity from bands that have faded into total obscurity. Yet for some reason you have this lumpy bluish-black mess on your arm that still proclaims your undying love for FILL IN THE BLANK music or whatever cultural construct that has simply ceased to matter to either you or the general public.
So there you have the problem with them - they last longer than the thing they are about, or the feelings that gave birth to them.
tattoo’s don’t make the person
I view them as everyday people. There are so many stereotypes relating to people with tattoos and it’s quite awesome to know that some people don’t really give a **** and get them anyway :)
A tattoo is a self-expressive gesture, if you want one by all means go get one.
Tatoos are for losers. I own a business and personally would not hire someone with a visible tattoo because it is offensive to many people. A tear under your eye usually means you are a murderer… in Australia they forcibly give teardrop tattoos to child molesters. They look like crap after twenty years anyways, but if you don’t plan on living that long go for it.
I’ve heard someone said that putting colorful tattoo in one’s body part is a work of art. But some people tend to contradict the way others appreciate its beauty..All I can say is that we still have our judgement and whatever reason someone has, whether agree or not, as long as you don’t do any harm to anyone and that makes you feel good..Go for it!It’s just a matter of respect..^^
tattoos are for loosers.
how are they for losers? what about someone who has a tattoo for someone who played a big part in their life? like their parents/grandparents/close friend/pet ect.. or what about someone who gets a breast cancer ribbon for their mom who died from it? that makes them a loser? wow, news to me i guess. anyways most people have reasons behind their tattoos, a tattoo is a very personal thing. just cause it means nothing to you doesnt mean its not important to them and it certainly does not make them losers either. it is art. it is a way of expressing yourself. a way to be different, more original. honestly i wouldnt work for people who disagreed with tattoos and sees them as “offensive” i believe that everyone has the right to be their selves and should not be judged or excluded because of it. and besides, half the customers/clients ect will have their own tattoos anyways.
:) so, anyways i love tattoos. and i love seeing people with tattoos. to me it shows they are different. i think its good to be different.
why should it matter to you what someone else has on their skin?
its not harming you, its their own choice and their own reasons behind them.
Because I have to look at their trashy body art and it says a lot about their personality… skank or ex-con.
most of them probably have a better personality than you. how can you jusde people like that. you dont know them. your personality is discusting. get your head out of your a**.
judge*
i spose you think all blondes are stupid too dont you? stereotypical loser.
