I get that you transferred to a new hard drive and now you are seeing some kind of error message about conflicts, but I would need more information to help.

What kind of computer do you have? Is it running Windows, and if so is it Windows XP, Vista, or an older version?

How can you be having a conflict with two login names when the computer store transfered the information from one HDD to the other and had to access the system to finish the install procedure. Your not telling the whole story so I don’t think I will tell you how to fix it. Hope this helps :-)
