nope… accept good things… and appreciate… talk about things that bother you though… and change yourself, (your mental outlook), you can do that by choosing to every day… and accept happyness… although, i wouldn’t call it happy… buts too much pressure on things.. i would instead call it contentment… be content with your life… especially if there is something to be genuinely thankful for…
