I recently been release from prison after 15years.

I came out doing crime to survive. Just about two months ago I got my own apartment. I”m a disable veteran with a very small income. But I have the opportunity to return to college in Jan. But I am about to lose my apartment in two days. I don’t want to do any crime but I cann’t find a one time help with this. Could anyone direct me to someone who maybe willing to help me?

You have rights as a tenant. Have those been exhausted? An eviction can take up to 30 days before the Sheriff comes and kicks you out. A landlord cannot just kick you out. A 3 day notice or quit is merely the beginning of an eviction process.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you financially. I support your endeavors for more education and recommend that you stay on that path no matter what. In terms of your housing issue, check with local churches to see if they have any resources or at least can direct you to the resources in your area.
Bright blessings ~ Richard
