Addiction help

A few weeks ago i got a new game Gears of War 2 you may have heard of it but anyway, because ive played it so much lately ive been have insomnia i cant sleep at all because im so addicted i just wanna keep playing and ive been hearing noises of the creatures in game and seeing figures its freaking me out and i just cant stop its too addicting please if anyone has been in this kind of situation before please help.

Addiction help

with the challenges you talked about, I’m guessing that if you weren’t addicted to this, you would have to find something else to distract your mind.

This site is about quitting smoking, but I can say it works for other addictions too. http://www.quitnow.info.au/internet/q…

Focus of getting to see a pro sooner rather than latter.

In the short term, walk outside and take three deep breaths at the end of every level, and make sure you stretch and keep water and food level up.

the only way is delete the game.start of fresh play it and deleat it .Then its only a Game ,not addiction…
