you need to find some help for this. its an addiction. a serious one. you should focus on helping yourself out of this rather than going on with this dangerous lifestyle.

You may not be suicidal OR want to die, but that’s what this could lead to. Pure and simple.

Talk to a doctor. Seriously. There may be very easy solutions to this, such as getting yourself in a very very strict routine. Don’t use stimulants before bed like chocolate, videogames, television, reading (unless it’s a textbook).

Keep taking 18 per night, you’ll eventually die whether you want to or not,your liver will pack up and other major organs, lets be sensible here, either stop them altogether or at least only take the stated dose. Id highly recommend you get your liver checked out. :-)
