broken help: can someone out there help me with VoIP using magicjack. - Help.com

can someone out there help me with VoIP using magicjack.

I know there are good and bad comments out on the product, but never the less I have one. I can get everthing to work like a charm except the out going call’s to whom ever I call they say it is a clear connection but my voice is very broken, I hear them perfect, but they just can’t understand me. I’ve optmized through my satalite IP, I’v gone into my speakers and adjusted the volumes and restarted my PC and unpluged the magicjack, changed phone’s, got a brand new one, I’v even moved to the other side of the room in case I was to close to the equipment. I need help from some one who knows what they are doing, its for sure I don’t. Please try to help me.

Are you looking for information on uploading an avatar or why you aren’t recieving notices on tags you’re subscribed too?

Unfortunately both of these features have been disabled until further notice. Looks like you’ll have to stick with your “letter of the alphabet” avatar. You can also Contact us with any other issues you have.
