hmmm… the health care benefits are pretty abysmal as its practically guaranteed you will be betrayed, tortured or killed by a good friend whos also on the dark side. but being able to shoot lightning out your hands is worth it.

Not if you’ve been exposed to the Expanded Universe (EU). Currently, the Sith are winning in Star Wars Legacy, and can win in KOTOR.
