Well, That dampened my happy mood.
I was on facebook only a moment ago, when I got a message saying that I had a “Love Secrets” message for me. So I was all, “oh.. well i’ll just add the app. and see what it says.”
That was my stupid mistake.
I read those foul words that weren’t the worst I’ve ever seen, but it still hurt all the same.
“Most of the time, she smells like she just sweated a lot…and it’s gross.”
Ouch.
I know I do not smell because of my super low tolerance for bad-self-hygene. I must always be clean and smelling fresh or my whole day is undone. So why would someone say I smell?
I always check myself before I leave gym class, which I have every other day. I even ask my mom if I smell ok, even though I know she would tell me if I smelt like I just “sweated a lot”. She would say, “did you have a shower?” or “You might want to change or get some deodorant on”.
I wear deodorant. You know that new clinical protection deodorant that’s out nowadays? I use that ever single day and I check myself as I said before.
So why? A mean gesture? A practical joke? The truth?
What also sucks is I don’t know when it was posted.
The only reason why it bothers me is because I’m wondering who couldve said that, who would be so bothersome as to type that in and send it to me on an application that (as what I could see) is meant for compliments.
