If you think you are bipolar and schizophrenic the best advice I could give would be to go see a doctor…maybe they could recommend something other than meds.
Other than that, what makes you think you are losing your mind?

you cant expect help if your not willing to open yourself up. my advise is to quit partying so much. Its helps with the paranoia and the emotional ups and downs. oh and writing two sentences on this stupid website anonymous isnt asking for help its only creating a situation where you get the results you want and can justify the way you feel

meds r scary, for soooo many reasons, but seriously they do help to calm u so u can think more clearly and give u some breathing room to work out ur crazies :)
I can understand cause didnt want meds either, but apart from bringing u “down to earth” for a while, it gave me time to research and work on getting myself better.
I have done most the work myself, the meds r just a bandaide to “stop the bleeding” so u can assess the damage and start operating, they dont cure u and u dont rely on them!
can I ask what ur reasons r for not wanting to see a doctor or go on meds? everyones reasons r different.

Oh, and no matter what ur reasons r, your request for help is fully justified, someone will help u find the way ur looking for im sure

Well… the two mental disorders you mention are caused by physiological reasons and are thereby treated by physiological methods. Psychodynamic work is also done but usually not by itself. So, what are your symptoms that you think you are bipolar and or schizophrenic?
