im guessing there is a reason for you doing this. I think you should tell someone the feelings you are going through that are making you do this. Sometimes talking to someone other than your mom first is good. Just to get support from other people. That’s what a friend of mine has talked to me and other friends before. I think this is important because they probably will understand more what you’re going through if it’s a teenage crisis type thing. So anyway, talking about the root of the problem will help. I have a lot of advice about this topic, so you can talk to me.

It may be scary, but you should tell her to make sure you get resources at your disposal so it doesn’t go further. I know what it is like to cut, and it gets worse with time. Please seek help before it is too late.

Anyway, I don’t think you need to be scared to tell your mom, though I understand it is hard to find the right words to express. But I think she will want to help you with problems you are facing.

Your mom is your best friend. She will of course be concerned, but will be on your side no matter what. Tell her what’s bothering you. She will assist you with what ever it is your struggling with. A mothers love never falters. Good luck “)
