Jumpstarting life?

I’m a college student and i know i’m young but i feel like i’m in just a horrible rut and i don’t know how to get out of it. I don’t take interest in anything other than sleeping, playing video games and watching tv. I’d just like to know what people think is the best way to simply revitalize my interest in life so that I can have motivation and drive to better myself.

Have you tried political groups involved in “Global Warming”, “Save The Trees”, and other similar issues?

What keeps me going sometimes is the thought of what I will get when I finish college. Go and get information about what you’ll be doing or talk to people who graduated before and get them to tell you what they do. It really gets me motivated to work and get my life in order whenever I think about what I’ll be doing in the future.
Just a suggestion. You could try a sport or as h2_h said you could join some kind of group. Everyone gets into a rut sometimes you just have to be the kind of person that digs themself out of it.
