Why is this clever?

?
I’m looking for a french tee shirt for my sister. She’s a freshman French Ed. Major.
I came across this. It seems to be the only one I can find online.
I don’t know what it means…
I speak some French so I can Translate, but I don’t get it!

Front: Un Petite Pue
Back: It’s French!

It’s not even correct grammatically. haha oh well.
I just don’t want to get her a shirt that means something nasy and not even know about it. haha
Peace!!
Aly

What?? That’s really weird…I didn’t think that pue really ment “pew”.
Wasn’t that Pepe le Pew.
I thought it meant “A Little Can” (”pue” as a funny spelling of “Peux”, as the french like to do ^_^)

That’s kind of strange…but kind of fitting for my sister. haha
